The Hierarchy made its first appearance at the very end of the Witch Queen expansion (year 5) in the season of the Seraph (#19). The bow is praised for its power and accuracy (mostly thanks to noticeable aim assistance) and is very sought after by PvE players. Unfortunately, it's really hard to estimate how much time you might need to unlock it. The problem is that it's a random drop from a dungeon (Spire of the Watcher, to be precise) and, as you know, when such an item is exotic the chances of getting it are truly minuscule. However, the Spire is a short dungeon (perhaps the shortest currently available) and it's quite convenient to farm it. Also, here are ways to slightly improve your chances to get it. The following triumphs increase the drop rate for your guardian:
